Neighbours kind when out on walks and the park around the corner was great to take kids for a break. We found most places we wanted to go in Long Eaton, Derby or Nottingham were 15 minute drive or less with the most being 30 minutes.

A beautiful place to stay and perfect for the 2 of us. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom and living room were both perfect. Ideally located, a short walk from shops, supermarkets and a range of restaurants and pubs. Trams were also a short walk away making the journey into the centre of Nottingham quick and easy. Would recommend staying here and would stay again if we were up this way and it is available.
