Our commitment

We run luxury serviced accommodation for visitors and people travelling to Nottinghamshire for work. All our properties have Superhost status on Airbnb, meaning they are in the top 20% of properties on the site.

We are looking to give landlords peace of mind with leases of up to 5 years so you won’t have tenant troubles, voids or maintenance for years to come. At the end of the agreement, if you don’t want to renew the terms, we will return the house to you in at least the same condition we received it from you if not better.

By leasing your property to us you may also be eligible for relief from Section 24 rules on mortgage interest payments which could save you thousands in taxes.
